Menguasai keterampilan berbahasa Inggris dan keilmuan Pendidikan Bahasa Inggris dan menggunakan keterampilan dan pengetahuannya untuk mengkaji, menyelesaikan masalah dan meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan Bahasa Inggris dengan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi secara tepat.

Mampu merancang dan mengembangkan kurikulum dan perangkat pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris terutama untuk jenjang pendidikan menengah dan tinggi dengan memanfaatkan teknologi informasi secara tepat dan mencerminkan sikap cinta tanah air, jiwa nasionalisme dan nilai-nilai keislaman
